The Phase 3 and my first treat meal
Although I have been feeling great, having more energy and mental clarity is something that I didn't expect to have, I truly feel that this portion size is bit too unsuitable as I would need to start exercising when going into phase3.
I have decided to increase the portion size of vegetables but keeping protein as the same quantity and see how I feel.
As mentioned in the previous blog, I tried handmade roasted potatoes with a little bit of Himalayan salt with coconut oil, vegetable beans stews and cooked quinoa at dinner as my first treat meal.
I must say I felt very tired after eating and noticed massive bloated stomach. This meal had too much carbohydrate (although healthy carbs) for my body to handle.
This is why a lot of my clients want to go back to the plan! I feel the same.
