You need to fill in a form for the initial session at the clinic, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early.

What you should do prior to and after your session?
In the 24-36 hours prior to and after your session, do not consume the following foods: sugar, white flour products, meats, dairy products, fried foods, fizzy drinks, tea & coffee or alcohol. It is recommended to consume vegetables, fruits, whole grains and plenty of water.
Do not eat in the 2 hours immediately prior to your appointment.
The better you prepare the easier & more beneficial the session will be. |
Nutritional Therapy Consultation(Not available until February 2012):
Before you book for an appointment, you need to fill the Questionnaire.
You can drop in to collect the Questionnaire or you can contact Kaori on 07891573397 or info@innervitality.co.uk to send you one.
The Questionnaire needs to be returned to Kaori a minimum of one week before the first consultation for in depth analysis.
Kaori will contact you to book a date and time of appointment that suits you.
An initial 1.5 hour consultation - £90
A 45 minute follow-up consultation for 4 weeks later - £75
A 45 minute follow-up consultation 3 months on from your first consultation - £75
Each consultation includes one month of back-up support as required to encourage clients to contact me with any questions or problems which may arise.
The normal price of the initial consultation and two follow-up sessions would come to £240. However, a discount of £40 is available if you wish to pay for these three consultations in advance.
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy with a full non-refundable payment required.
