About Me I became interested in food and nutrition when I was a teenager. I suffered from severe asthma, poor immunity and skin conditions for a decade in my childhood. I started to realise there was a connection between what I ate and applied on my body as well as how my emotional state affected my conditions. So, I decided to pursue my interests further. It was recommended to me that I become a vegetarian to improve my conditions. As I changed my diet, my conditions started to improve tremendously. Then, I decided to learn more about the vegetarian / vegan diet and became a vegan chef in Japan, working in a restaurant for 2 years. I also worked as a vegan chef in London for a year, specialised in allergy free cooking. I determined to change direction and become a complementary therapist in London. I originally started learning different types of holistic massage. I discovered how bodywork can have beneficial effects on people’s physical and emotional wellbeing. However, I acknowledged that there was a limit of what could be achieved in terms of the client’s fundamental health by massage therapy alone. I specialised in nutritional therapy at the UK college of Health and Nutrition (BCNH). BCNH is the one of the leading colleges in the UK and this qualification takes 3.5 years and is the gold standard in clinical nutrition, involving the most up-to-date training in preventative and holistic healthcare. In order to gain further understanding in nutritional Therapy, I have obtained Master’s Degree in nutritional therapy at the University of Worcester. I understand that everyone is unique and their needs are also different. Their fundamental health should come from nutrition & lifestyle, a state of mind & emotion and their attitude towards life. My goal is to educate my clients by explaining how their choices of food can affect their health, recommending the suitable ones, practising cleanse & detox and to help them achieve optimum health and wellbeing
